Economia sociala, pariul ADV Romania cu viitorul!
Fundatia "Alaturi de Voi" Romania si-a asumat ca misiune incluziunea persoanelor seropozitive HIV si din alte grupuri vulnerabile.
Misiunea asumata raspunde nevoii de adaptare a serviciilor organizatiei la nevoile beneficiarilor si deschide o noua etapa in dezvoltarea ADV, realizarea de structuri de economie sociala.
Primul pas a fost facut in 2004, cand au fost infiintate atelierele de terapie vocationala, ca program de integrare socio-profesionala.
In perioada 2008-2009, au fost autorizate astfel, trei unitati protejate "Util Deco", sectii interne ale ADV Romania cu ateliere in Iasi, Constanta si Mures.
In prezent in Centrul National de economie sociala a ADV Romania lucreaza 34 de persoane cu dizabilitati, restul pana la 94 fiind specialisti in asistenta, formare, consiliere si orientarea profesionala.

Social economy, the ADV Romania foundation bet with the future!
The mission that ADV Romania foundation has taken on responds to the need to adapt the organization's services in order to respond to the needs of our beneficiaries. It also means taking the foundation and its development one step forward, through the creation of the social economy structures -- in our case, shelter units.
The first steps were taken in 2004, when the vocational therapy workshops were created as a social integration program.
During 2008-2009, 3 "Util Deco" shelter units were authorized as internal departments of ADV Romania, with workshops in Iasi, Constanta and Tg Mures.
In present, within the National Center of Social Economy in Iasi, there are 34 people with disabilities working and 60 specialists in social areas -- forming, counseling and professional orientation, social economy, etc.
